Backpack and dip
As original triceps dips have gotten a bit too easy for me and I hate to count a lot in my workouts as well as I love new challenges, me and my hubby Kaspars put our minds together and thought of a smarter/ harder way to work them muscles - Triceps Dips with resistance band - and yes, the band goes on as a backpack. 😀 We tried many ways how to put the band so it is not uncomfortable or painful and came up with these at the end.
Have a look at the video, to see how I did it 👇
✔ Grab a big resistance band you or your gym has, any resistance you might feel is good for you;
✔ Find a free bench and put the band on as I did in the video;
✔ Then get the band on your shoulder and dip, dip, dip!
❌ Make sure your legs, back and booty stays still and you`re only working with your arms as well as your elbows ar going to back not out on the sides.
Try to add this move in to your workout to get rid of that fluff and shape your arms to always be ready to rock that sleeveless look 💪 and I swear to God, that training your upper body will not make you look fat and bulky [ this goes out to all the women ]. This stupid myth needs to be broken once and for all. Pow.
Women with strong, shaped arms look seeeexyy! Just saying.. 😻
