CONDITIONING WORKOUT FOR EVERYONE
HOLÁ MY FRIENDS,
Hope your Thursday have started on a good note, but lets get straight to the point, shall we? This video is a part of my bikini prep workouts and I thought it is actually a good idea to share it with everyone as it`s good for any age, gender and fitness level. These types of workouts are very good for your heart and strength and you can work your way through it at your own pace. There is no rush, you just do as much as you possibly can. We have added this type of workout - conditioning workout - just once a week for me as I am getting ready for my bikini performance 😛 Helps burning fat, more calories and of course increases your durability and strength.
So here it is - Tabata + AMRAP workout. Takes about 20 minutes all together and if you wish, finish it off with some 15 min AB workout, like I do, but this time I have not included it in this video as that is coming up tomorrow. Just to make sure you come back for some more 😋 *cheeky*

Tabata is pretty much a high intensity interval workout, like in this case 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off, so get your timers ready.
AMRAP means as many reps as possible of the given exercises done in some amount of time, like in this case it is 10 minutes and you still need a timer for that.
