🍪 Easiest Protein Pancakes Ever 🍪
I swear this is the easiest and fastest protein pancake recipe you can make. You might not believe this but they also taste amazing if you use your favorite protein powder...
And they are included in my stage prep diet 😍

What You will need for 1 portion:
- 50g of oats - put them in the grinder and make a flour
- 150g of Coconut/Almond/Soy milk - just add to the grinded oats
- 1 Scoop of your favourite protein - I use Scitec Nutrition Peanut Butter Whey Protein Powder
So once all of this is added to the bowl and mixed up, leave it for just 10 min to be and meanwhile heat the pan with some oil - I use coconut 1 calorie sprays to make sure I am not overdosing on it 😉 Add a spoonful of batter and bake, but here is the most important part to make sure your pancakes stay moist and tasty and do not dry out in the process. So bake them just a little from both sides, just to be able to flip them and READY and also stack them up in a tower once they are off the pan, that`s gonna keep them warm and moist! My PAMAZING Pancakes 💪
Add anything you desire or your calorie limit allows:
- Plain Pancakes - 344 calories
- 30g Protein
- 41g Carbohydrates
- 3g Sugars
- 6g Fats
