Fun full body workout with the kids

This was taking us a while to get it right.. we filmed more than once and that means we had more fun together.


I came up with some fun exercises, that make your whole body work and you can also do this workout anywhere as long as you have your child in a good mood next to you. Also a perfect way for new moms to get fit and healthy again 🌷 
Honestly, we had a good 30 min fun together and I also am sure that if I involve them in my workout and let them be a part of it, they will have that good foundation of a healthy and active lifestyle. So WIN WIN in this situation as I`m getting all the resistance I need for a better workout. 😁

With some exercises like push ups my both kids were too heavy for me, so if yours the same or if he/she is too small then bodyweight push ups work good as well. With the chest press, I remember when my oldest one Oliver was still only 6 month old baby, I could do them perfectly with him as he would just lay there in my arms. This time he was too wibbly wobbly and it was hard for me to balance him 😄
