great band leg workout finisher.
The promised new workout is here for you on this great Tuesday, hopefully right before your leg day at the gym...
If your peaches need some growing try adding this Leg Workout Finisher in your session. It was burning, but good burning if you wonder. Came up with it last week, when I accidentally had 3 leg sessions and 2 days in a row. Tried it out on myself first and loved that burning feeling in my hammies, quads and bootey at the same time, so it was a must have for our bikini squad and they really hated me after this 🙈 But I`m not worried as they will thank me later 😆 We did change the last exercise for some donkey kicks at the end, but it doesn't really change anything there.

Leg Session Finisher:
Grab a resistance band and make sure that it`s well stretched with every exercise to get that good resistance you need.
- 10 squat jumps followed by
- 10 DB deadlifts
- 10 goblet squats
- 50 step sprint (with the girls we did 10 donkey kicks each leg)
- repeat all 5 times with no rest and feel the good burn 🔥
