My very own first Blog post.

Hi,

For those who doesn't know yet, my name is Eliza and originally I`m from Latvia - small town Liepaja. I`m 24 years young mom of two boys aged 3 and 1. And another thing you need to know -  I am very passionate about fit lifestyle and healthy living, like crazily addicted!

I started my very first Bikini Competition stage preparation in the beginning of February 2017 and it has changed my thinking and mindset completely. I have always been healthy and fit but this is a game changer. I kind of began to share part of my journey on Instagram and Facebook which got me quite a lot of supporters and people who I inspire and people who message me asking for help… I love to help! So that got me thinking, why should I not gather all my thoughts and idea in one place for everyone to see? And now I am here, one step further with my brand new Blog. ❤

I am still on a road of learning and exploring, but I hope you will enjoy my content and give me thumbs up time by time..
