My last weeks back session
To continue on the topic I started yesterday - Upper Body...
I made a little video of my back session from last week. I actually enjoy these exercises as with them I can fully control my muscles I train. I also mentioned in my yesterdays blog that I am really happy with the shape my back is in at the moment, but this picture does not have good enough lightning, video shows more.
Although it`s changing every day now as I`m prepping for my bikini competition which is after 4 weeks. And I can`t wait to work on my body after that when all the `loosing weight and cutting fat` will be over. Then I will work for how I really want my shape to be.
Can I just add that I feel so great in backless outfits as I know my back is looking hot in my own eyes.
Here`s the video I made and underneath is the full workout I did on the last Friday with some little pictures of what muscle is being worked doing the exercise ✌
WORKOUT
- Lateral pull downs - 5 x 15
- V bar row - 4 x 15
- Bench DB row - 4 x 12 superset with Upright row - 4 x 15
- Cable face pulls - 4 x 15
- Finished off with GHD back extensions which is not in the video 4 x 15
