What is a SUPERSET you might ask?
So a superset simply is an action where you perform 2 exercises back to back with no rest in between and it has more benefits than you might think. Also there is different types of supersets but lets talk about that some other time.
I personally love super-setting my workouts every time I train, it might be once in a workout or more but I feel great and pumped afterwards.

If you want to grow a booty, please do superset workouts, I beg you ๐ธ or at least try it first and I guarantee you will feel different afterwards and understand what I mean. Pump, pump, pump..
So lets get peachy!
- 12 x cable kickbacks each leg
- superset with 15 x cable side kicks each leg
- then rest and repeat 4 x
Quick trick - if your gym or you have two leg straps, put them both on and don`t struggle with changing them from one leg to another all the time.
Also, doing kickbacks I like to walk further away from the rope and bend over a bit as that`s when I can feel full contact in my glutes. I recommend to you just try which position feels the best as you can also stand straight up or lean over more. Just make sure you keep still and straight all the time in both of these exercises.
