Savoury chick pancakes

Everyone loves food.


I dooooo so much ❤

But unfortunately I am on a very strict stage prep diet at the moment and I have to live by the rules, which of course isn`t that bad as that makes me healthy. Otherwise, uhhhh, I would just smother my face in a dozen of Krispy Kreme doughnuts 🙉

ANYWAY, I`m moving away from the subject which is THIS VERY TASTY DINNER I MADE FROM MY PREP FOOD LAST NIGHT 😍  And seriously, it reminded me of my childhood - potato pancakes was a hit in Latvia when I was younger. 
So not to talk anymore - here`s how to make it and what you`ll need. And of course finishing off with a mouth watering picture of the result.. at least for me 💦

I used:

  • 100g chicken breast
  • 150g potatoes
  • 100g boiled broccoli 
  • spices
  • coconut spray
It makes 5 medium sized pancakes but you can use any amount of each ingredient you like.

Actions I did:

  • mince the chicken with broccoli in a mincer or use blender,

  • grate the potatoes,
  • mix it all together well and add spices,
  • I used these:

  • Heat a pan, add the coconut spray, make palm sized pancakes out of the mixture and bake them well from both sides.

SOOOO DELISH 🙌
