Tiny waist workout
Waist trainers? ahh, please, stop it. There is no easy way around to get the shape of your dreams. You train, you stay healthy and your body is gonna reward you for it, it takes time and dedication, but it`s achievable.
I personally did try different types of waist trainers after having my children and honestly they did nothing else than just gave me support for my back and abs, and that`s why I still sometimes use it when I workout and feel like more support is needed. 😊
Working specifically on your oblique muscles is what will shape up your waist and take some cm off of it. So I wanted to make a workout that is harder but very much satisfying after you finish and the feel in the oblique's are really showing off the hard work you`ve just done.

With these, focus on your form and try to get all the tension in your obliques, work with them! Go through the whole workout ( exercises shown in the video ) and repeat 3 times and I can guarantee, you`ll feel great and motivated afterwards. 👙
