Again this was filmed when I actually did this workout and, hell, I was so tired as it came after my conditioning workout you saw yesterday, please don`t mind my horrible face. (If you did not - head over here) If you are wondering, I train my core 3 times a week now and the results come quite quickly. I was being silly and scared after my second baby, that I almost completely stopped training it, as I was told it can make my abdominal muscle separation worse, but you know what, since I decided to go back on properly working on it, It has gone better and tighter!
