Back to the abs grind
Did you think I`m done and gone? Naaaah, I am just starting, even though my blog posts won`t be so very often as they were when I started, but they`re still gonna be good and inspiring!
I did this core workout right after I got home from my competition last weekend and it made me feel good again. I don`t know, but there is something really great about that burning/pain sensation after a workout, then you just know straight away that it was a good - productive workout. That it was worth it!
I have to apologise about the video quality because it is quite bad (it is suprising π). reason? I took the camera with me, but forgot the memory card so had to film with my phone, which is good for Instagram but not so good for the blog.
Anyway, you can still see the workout and I hope you will enjoy it as I did. ππ
Go through 3 sets of this and be ABsorted for the day:
- Leg raises x 10
- Flutter kicks x 20
- Scissors x 20
- Elbows to knees x 20
- Up + oblique crunch + down x 10
- V- crunch x 10
- Russian twists x 20
- Side crunch x 20
- V-ups x 10
- Plank crunch x 10
- Plank hold 30sec
- Side oblique crunch x 10
- Side plank hold 30sec
- Turn to the other side and repeat last two.
Looks like a long workout, right? But actually you can get through this quickly, remember - there is no rest in between exercises or sets, just keep on going. YOU CAN DO THIS!
How embarrassing this photo quality is? Still got Abs though π
