Bikini Posing (Judging Myself)
As some of your already know, I recently started to take clients for bikini posing lessons, and before that I made sure I gain enough confidence to be ready and am full of knowledge to pass on to my clients.
Started with myself. I was getting ready for my first bikini competition and honestly did not have any spare money to afford a posing coach, so I went on a researching journey. I had lots of time to read and learn about everything I need to know for then and after that still a lot of time to practice and make it perfect. I learned the basics and mandatory stuff which is required by the federations (it does change from federation to federation, but I did a good big research through all of them). Then I started to pose in front of the mirror at home, it was soooo bad at the beginning, I thought I am never gonna get it right.. All the transitions and them arms?! 😨 But as they say and I am gonna say this as well PRACTICE MAKES IT BETTER, although this is nothing new to you all 😄 So practice after practice and a massive help from my hubby (as he`s been competing longer than me and actually knows what needs to be shown and what hidden) I got my T-Walk together and Quarter Turns was the easiest part after that. After that my husband had a client who also was prepping for her competition that time and we came up with an idea that I can help her for free and as much as she needs, so that was a Win Win situation, she`ll be able to pose on the stage and I will gain my experience by working with other person not just myself. And at that point it was a game changer. Working with another person and watching them pose is so much different than looking at yourself doing it. I felt like I can see all the goods and mistakes. And that made me much more confident with myself and with actually working with people. Then we started (well mainly my husband) our little 6 bikini girl group, where I was and still am until the competition day their posing coach - and I am proud to call myself that, because in these 6 months we have worked together they have gone from 0 to being absolutely flowing with their poses and being sassy as hell 💗
In the middle of all of this also my own competition day came and I felt really confident (been working on myself with no help, just my husbands for 16 weeks). But once you step on that stage, and it is for the first time ever, it can change a lot. I did not mess up, but that little stress I had on that stage made me not to complete my poses correctly until the end. I mean, there were mistakes I saw later on in the pictures and I am not ashamed of that, that`s my experience and I am ready to judge it.
So after this long story I just wrote, I want to add some pictures from my competition and judge them, correct them and just simply show you, if you ever want to compete, few little tips of my own. Also I feel like no ones done that before, as after some journey around the internet and other blogs, people mainly judge some other photos found on google or somewhere else.. I am taking up the challenge and want to show you my knowledge I have gained this year. 💪
Lets Do This
Lets start with the side pose, which usually is the easiest one, as I have seen from my girls.
So I am not sure whether I am already walking away in this photo, but lets say I am not. The main mistake (there`s some other little mistakes I see but not gonna mention):
🗸 The Glute muscles or you can say booty needs to be lifted up with a help of the leg.

Uhh, Front pose: Here is the real deal with the front pose, I went in with all 100 and tried to smash one of the hard poses. I got it wrong on the stage, it felt alright but it does not look right in my eyes now. I have adjusted it and worked on it very hard to make it look perfect for the next comp. My reason is that I don`t have naturally tiny waist so I have to balance it out with my posing. Main Tip:
✓ Make sure you are choosing the right front pose for yourself and that you can complete it 100% correctly as this is the pose you will be showing the most on that stage. (and yes, there is loads of variations.)
The very last few tips I want to give away for you, and they are very basic to start with:
✓ Back and shoulders always straight and I mean always.
✓ There`s a lot of waist twisting and arching your lower back on the stage so practice while you can to get used to it, otherwise it hurts like hell afterwards.
✓ Moving from spot to spot in your T walk or I walk - walk slowly and with a passion, sassiness and always smile, this also requires confidence.
✓ Last one, but a very important one - never let your eyes off of the judges, worse - never look down.

I have done my judging here, I have adjusted and changed my own posing for the next upcoming competition which is only after less than 2 weeks and my confidence level after all this has risen quite high, which is what I need for the stage for the goals I want to reach. ⭐
Never be shy to ask for help. And good luck!
