Bench edition abadabas
Hi, my lovely readers/watchers.
I have received a massive amount of positive and uplifting feedback and this is what keeps me going - me loving what I do and you loving back, this really works out! Thank you for that.
So I know, you definitely are up for another core workout, right?
I, personally, work on my core 3-4 times a week at the moment to achieve my desired shape and it can get really boring time by time. THAT is the time to spice things up. So I went and took a bench and came up with a burning workout right there as I went. 😈

- Leg raises x 10
- Bicycles x 20
- Flutter kicks x 20
- Leg raise + lift x 10
- V - ups x 10
X 5 rounds with minimal rest. 🔥🔥🔥
Usually, my abs workout consist of 5 exercises x 5 rounds 30 seconds on exercise and with no rest at all, but because this is a burner on its own, going without the rest will be extremely hard 🙈
Tip: A lot of leg lifting over here so it is good to remember to keep your lower back strong (neutral alignment) on the bench at all times.
