Breakfast Roll-ups

If you are looking for new breakfast ideas then you`re in the right place. I have a yummy yummy Low Carb and High Protein recipe coming for you 👀

These are my Breakfast Roll-Ups 


Ingredients:

For the pancake
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ scoop protein powder of your choice
  • a dust of cinnamon 
Whisk these together in a bowl until mixture is smooth and cook one big pancake.

Filling
  • 100g Alpro Soya Coconut yoghurt
  • 100g cottage cheese
  • ½ scoop of protein
Whisk or blend these together in a mixer to create a fluffier mixture. Fill in the pancake with all or half of the filling and add the rest on the side. I added some extra quinoa in there as well and you can add anything else you prefer. Wanted some fresh fruit but unfortunately did not have any at home 🙈


Roll this up and enjoy! 
I used my delicious Scitec Nutrition Whey protein in Chocolate peanut butter flavour and it tasted loooovely. ☟
