EVERYONE LOVES PANCAKES

I know I`ve been sharing pancakes too much, but Lets cut to the point. ๐
GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, WITH NO ADDED SUGAR.
PANCAKES for EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE out there ❤ because who does not love them? Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, one of them healthy peeps in your block, lactose or gluten intolerant or just a regular food loving person, this is for you!
Ingredients you will need as follows: (373 cal, 19g protein, 50g carbs, 10g fibre, 12g fat, 6g sugar)
- 60g Buckwheat flour
- 7g Psyllium husk powder
- Pinch of herb salt
- Tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 120ml Almond drink/milk
- Mix all the dry ingredients together, add eggs, milk and vanilla extract and whisk them until smooth. Leave to settle for 15 minutes.
- Heat the pan to maximum and then bake pancakes on medium heat. If the batter has gone a bit too thick add some water. I used tablespoon to add the batter to the pan and spread it to make that round shape ๐
- Add any toppings you like or can have. I would suggest a cream or spread as pancakes on their own are tasteless (like GRENADE spread ๐). Fruit and sprinkles to add some colour and 1 of your 5 a day ๐
My special hazelnut cream: (this would add 227cal, 3g protein, 12g carbs, 20g fat, 3g fibre, 6g sugar to the portion)
- 15g hazelnut butter
- 10g coconut oil
- 1tsp cocoa
- 1½ agave syrup
- Add all the ingredients to the saucepan and heat on a low heat until smooth consistency.
- Pour the heated cream straight on to ready made pancakes, stack them up with some fruit and sprinkles and enjoy!
