I will call this workout HEAVY.

Resistance.
No rest.
Burn.

- Plate crunch x 10 (I use 10kg)
- Flutter kicks x 20
- Knee raises x 15 (with resistance band)
- Leg raise + up x 15 (smith machine + bench)
🔥 Repeat 5x with no rest.
There is nothing else to say really. Go and get them ABS burning?
Why am I always going on about the burn?
- Because, that is what works for me. If my workout was too easy or didn't make my muscles burn or hurt, then I feel like it wasn`t worth it. I need to feel them to know they`re growing 💪
