HIIT TO BURN
I DON`T ALWAYS JUST LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS..
I mean I love it, but I also like to mix my training up to get the results I want and need. ❤So yesterday, Instagram told me, that you peeps want to see my full HIIT workout. I took my time as well as burned more calories to film this for you:
Here`s what happened - I made up my workout of 8 exercises together splitting them up in 4 tabatas. So each tabata had 2 exercises of 30 sec on, 30 sec off x 4 with a little rest in between each Hiit.
30 sec on 30 sec off x 4
Sled push + pull (no sled at the gym? try jumping on treadmill and without switching it on, hold on and try to start moving it with your legs, same as sled push)
Burpees
~~~
Battle ropes (any variation)
Leg raises (I was alternating laying ones with hanging leg raises)
~~~
Row Machine
Wall Balls
~~~
Kettlebell Swings
Mountain Climbers
And Finito.
This means, each exercise set you do, you repeat 4 times and then move on to next one and try to rest as little as you can 👍
