Squat to gains
First of all just wanted to express how glad I am to be back. Going off season from the stage can be a bit difficult as now I do not have a proper plan for few months and feel quite lost but it is also the enjoyable time - I can workout on my own by my own rules as well as enjoy all the good food in the world 😋 and also focus on rest of the things in life.
So, yesterday, I went back to the gym and straight away went for them booty gains - of course. 💁 and also had a chance to make some new videos for all of you.
Are you struggling with getting a good contact in your glute muscles while doing squats? Then you need to try Box Squats.
- You can either go on a squat rack or smith machine and grab a bench ( I chose something lower this time - level hard 😆 )
- Start with little weight or just a bar and build yourself up with every set to get to that perfect weight ( should be hard and you should be failing at the half of the set)
- I did only 30kg x 8 reps and 4 sets all together superseting with seated hamstring curls
- Push all the way through with your legs and glutes.

My booty is hurting today, but that is when I know I`ve had a good, good workout session with some gains involved.
