Muesli for days
Good morning busy bees!
I am not up for a long talking/writing today, but I`m very excited to share this recipe with you. Homemade muesli, I call it. *and enjoying it now as I`m writing this*...
Perfect as a breakfast meal topped up with your favorite yoghurt and some nuts or with milk, if you prefer. Ideal for `busy personas ` as you can make as many portions in one go as you like and store them in little bags for up to 1 week. How great is that?
Homemade muesli with natural yoghurt + protein, powdered peanut butter and almonds. yum. |
Here`s how to make it ↓↓
I made 7 portions of 50g each in one go and here`s what you`ll need:
🎄 200g oats
🎄 25g coconut oil (melted)
🎄 50g honey (runny)
🎄 Tbsp. cinnamon powder (High Source of Antioxidants, Contains Anti-inflammatory Properties, Protects Hearth Health and many more benefits)
🎄 Tbsp. nutmeg powder (Relieves Pain, Soothes Indigestion, Detoxifies body, Boosts Skin Quality..)
🎄 Tbsp. ginger powder (Anti-inflammatory Properties, Helps with Nausea, Sickness, Helps with Weight Loss and more)
🎄 Tbsp. cocoa powder (Lowers LDL Cholesterol, Reduces the Risk of Blood Clots, Increases Blood Flow to the Arteries, Lowers High Blood Pressure and more)
🎄 60g Quinoa
🎄 50g Brown Linseeds (Healthy Skin and Hair, Helps with Weight Loss, Lower Cholesterol, Aids Digestive Health and more)
🎄 80g Raisins
Heat your oven to 180℃. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until wet and a bit sticky (make sure there`s no dry oats left) and looks like this.
Use baking/parchment paper for your tray and evenly spread the mixture on a pan.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes. When ready, raisins are puffy and oats have gone a bit darker in the color. Leave to cool down and then you can split it in 7 portions of 50g which nutritionally would add up to (without added milk or yoghurt):
267 calories
8g protein
40g carbohydrates
4g fiber
13g of sugar
9g of fat
All natural ingredients and no hidden nasty's, also very benefiting for your health and wellbeing. Top up with your favorite thing and enjoy whenever it`s convenient for you. 🎅
I`ve gone very Christmas spirited on this blog, but it is only because all the spices in this reminds me of this festive season and, of course, because it`s December and we`re almost two weeks away from celebrating 🎄
Enjoy my lifesaving recipe.
I`d also very much appreciate any kind of feedback, love to hear all your opinions ❤
