I`m definitely bored on that treadmill when cardio comes up on my workout plan, but don`t worry, I`ve come up with a great high intensity workout on that same treadmill which will help time pass quicker and surprise, surprise, will burn more calories than a consistent workout. 🔥

Just one more thing to mention: Remember how I shared a conditioning workout based on Sled Push? So, if your gym doesn`t have space or equipment for that, you`ll find first exercise from the video very helpful 👌
Ok, now we can have a look at what was my yesterdays cardio!
FULL WORKOUT:
💥 As usual start with a warm up first for at least 5 minutes jogging on treadmill or any other cardio equipment you use.
💦 30 seconds treadmill push (without starting the actual treadmill, just push the belt with all your strength)
💦 2 minutes normal jog/run
💦 30 seconds sprint x 3 with 30 second rest in-between (try to add speed with every set and when I say sprint, I mean actual killing 100% full on sprint 😜)
💦 20 treadmill push ups.
💥 Complete all these exercises with no rest (except the one you have between sprints) and rest for 60 seconds and GO again. Try to finish at least 6 sets of this all for a proper fat burn.
