ABS FOR ALL
Long story short - I`M BACK 😁 And Happy New Year to you, woohoo 🎺
And what`s a better way to start the year than with some extra ABS exercises..
I don`t have an abdominal workout plans made, I just come up with a workout as quick as that 💁 and this is one of them. Also, I`m pretty sure this is all you need to work the whole tummy area and get it toned and strong, so don`t be shy, crack on!
WORKOUT:
Follow the tip in the video and also make sure you are doing controlled movements and your core is engaged at all times for better results, also try not to rest between reps and have as little rest as you can between sets.
- Single leg raises x 20
- Toe reach x 20
- Side crunches x 20
- V- sit ups x 10 ( try not to touch the floor with your legs)
- Spider-Man plank x 20
- Hip Dips x 20
Repeat at least x 3 or more depending on your capability.
At the end I`m adding two relaxing/ stretching moves for you as well. We don`t want to have an achy tummy tomorrow, do we? 😚
Workout that you can do any time, any place and be sure to get sweaty in just 10 minutes 💧
