Cardio more fun
Hey, hey, hey all!
So here`s a thing... I know so many people who don`t want to grow their muscles or do weight training and rather be out there doing more cardio and, you know what, It is totally fine. We are all different, we want different things in life and have our own opinions. But we can surely all agree that doing cardio at the gym can get pretty boring quickly, because, you know, not a lot of us want to run outside when that 0 hits and your face is freezing off... boohoo! 👎 😰
But not to fear my fellow fitness enthusiasts, I made a playground for myself the other day and was left pretty much without breath and sweaty face at the end. And if you come to Trojan Training System gym (or similar place lacking on heating), you know how hard it is to get sweaty there in the winter time 😂 *cooooold* I hope you got the message, me trying to explain how good the workout was.
Although, it does involve some weights, but light ones can`t hurt right? and who would complain about beautifully toned body, especially when summer is slowly approaching? 💁
SO, here`s my type of cardio workout:
PLAN:
- Roll out push up + 5 x shoulder press x 3
- 5 x Slam balls
- Jump over and Tyre flip x 2
- 5 x Clean and press
- Sled push + pull
Repeat x 6 with minimal rest between sets, but do try to catch your breath back before going again 😏
I do challenge everyone to complete this quick workout, if your facilities allow that. And let me know what you think 🙋
