Healthy Fitness Brownies
Hi, Hi, Hi.... 👋
I recently made these well delicious Brownies and a lot of you have been asking for the recipe, so here it goes.
And you know what? These little cakes are also macro friendly and nutritious, so can`t really destroy or interrupt your hard work done at the gym. Add them right into your diet and feel no regrets!
Just keep reading and feel free to use this recipe yourself... I`m sure your children will love these as well as mine did!
(This recipe will make 16 brownie cupcakes)
You will need:
DRY:
🍬 Flour (I used gluten free, feels easier on my stomach) - 250g
🍬 Baking Powder - 1tsp
🍬 Cocoa Powder - 60g
WET:
🍬 Eggs - 2
🍬 Honey - 170g (you can substitute this with stevia sweetener (1tbsp) if avoiding sugar in your daily routine, but then they will loose its flavour)
🍬 Alpro Soy Yoghurt (or you can use simple greek yoghurt) - 140g
🍬 Banana - 1
🍬 Avocado - 1
🍬 Spinach - 80g
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180℃ (350℉) (no fan)
🍯 Mix DRY ingredients in one bowl
🍯 Blender all the WET ingredients together until mixture is smooth
🍯 Mix Dry and Wet together with the spatula until nice and smooth
🍯 Line muffin baking tray with cupcake liners and fill them with the batter
Bake for ~ 15 min and enjoy.

Calories - 140
Carbohydrates - 27g
Sugar - 10g
Fat - 4g
Protein - 3g
Fibre - 3g
