Core HIIT
Sweat and tone the core at the same time. Yes, please!
Right, as you will see in the video, this workout can be done in a tiny space of your home. My living room felt bigger before I took this video 😁
Quick sweat out 💦 as it should be with the HIIT workout, feel good for the rest of the day.
Have a look here (exercises will follow after the video):
- Mountain Climbers
- Tuck Jumps
- Swimmers
- Plank rotations
- Plank Jacks
- High Donkey kicks
- Star Jumps
You can basically choose your own way how to do it, either take a rest between exercises, if you don`t feel fit enough (but max of 15 seconds then) or don`t rest at all, and renew your breathing before the next set and then repeat again. I chose 30 seconds on and no rest between, you maybe might like 40 seconds on and 15 second rest, the choice is yours) For the best result repeat this for 3-4 times.
📍 Also remember to keep your core strong throughout the whole workout.
📍 When performing mountain climbers, tuck jumps, plank jacks - your upper body is not moving, only your legs, also you are not swinging up and down, make sure to stay strong in your upper body.
📍 To mess with your head a little, try alternate your star jumps by moving your arms separately and in all directions, that makes it even more harder 😄 (I did not add it in the video, because I messed up)
Are you ready?
Lets go!
