I`ve been told I am a SELFIE QUEEN. Can`t deny it..

I`m glad to see you back here and hopefully you feel the same way... I`ve had these videos on my camera for weeks now, but have been lazy and busy - both, to edit and put them together for a while now 🙈

But can you blame me?

It has been a great few weeks though, leading women weights class, finishing off my courses, my children Birthdays and mine as well as training and keeping on track myself, all together that I love plus finding some quality time for my family and friends! 💗

Anyway, I might not be on here a lot recently, but I am still in thoughts with you my followers/ readers and am secretly motivating you, haha. 💪

So, I put together a little ABmazing challenge for anyone who would like to give it a go. Have a look and keep scrolling for the workout:



Workout (Completed as a circuit):
Choose your weight ball and find some space for the action. I used 5kg one. Complete every exercise straight after each one with no rest, rest for 1 minute between sets.
  1. Crunch + Ball throw - 10x
  2. Russian Twists - 20x
  3. Toe Reaches - 15x
  4. V Sit Ups - 10x
  5. Plank on the ball - until failure.
Repeat 4x - 5x - BE BRAVE! You can do this!
