Elizafitmom: I am a young mom of two very active and handsome boys sharing my crazy adventure to achieving my goals fitness and health related. This is me on the way to my success and a part of it is to teach my children about being the best versions of themselves. I am here to share my experience in fitness training, give you tips and ideas for healthy eating and workouts and stuff you will love. And time by time fun things we do with the kids. At the end of the day I just want my children to say: "Mommy, we are proud!"
